With our business account, the employer digitally sign the authorization, and the employee fill out our registration form.
It’s that simple!
- The employee may walk-in (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm).
- The employee will need to bring a government issued photo ID such as a drivers’ license, passport, alien registration card, or Military ID.
- The employee will need to bring payment authorization form, if not electronically signed.
